It is the mission of the International Candlepin Bowling Association to provide the public with the best in Candlepin Bowling Centers, to promote youth activities, as well as to provide leadership to all state and provincial associations.  In addition, the ICBA must assist the state and provincial associations to maintain continuity within the candlepin industry, by standardization, and certification.
